Scott went above and beyond! He arrived much sooner than the AAA estimated wait time. He gave us a ride to drop our car off and waited while we made arrangements for it to be repaired. Afterwards, he gave us a ride to the rental car facility since there were no rideshare services in Ardmore, OK.

My car broke down on a Sunday afternoon. I had my son who is 15 and my daughter who is 10 months old with me on the side of the road trying to get my car to start. Logan was the tow truck driver for Auto Lovers and he just happen to be driving by. He stopped to see if we needed help. He let us set in the cab of the truck in the heat while he loaded my car up. We are an elderly couple many states away from home when we had our rv issue. The outside Temps were in the low teens and we were stranded. AAA said that the tow company couldn't get there for almost 3 hours do to the rare freeze conditions. Three hours after creating a AAA call, no tow company had contacted us. At 4 hours I called AAA again for an update and they said they didn't think anyone could get there till the next morning. After a strong conversation she said she would call a couple of tow companies to see what she could do. She came back on line and said a driver from AutoLoversTowing would call me right back. Logan called me back, asked some specific questions about my rv and decided because of what we had already been through, he would come out in person to see if his tow truck could load my rv. He was caring and sympathetic, professional and friendly. He put me at ease and made it happen. Logan and the company he works for are emblematic of the way people used to go out of their way to help others. He could have just said, "Nope, it's too big. Can't do it" and left me to fend for myself trying to get another tow truck the next morning while we hunkered in freezing Temps at the gas station overnight.
Logan was fantastic. Can't say enough about how he took care of us.

My father in law had broke down around 1am. Of course my father in law was beside himself! I called Auto Lovers Towing and without any hesitation came right away and towed my father in laws truck home. The driver Nathan was very polite and patient as well as very professional and quick!
